Yves FAURE is the founder and manager of AGRO’NOVAE. Starting his professional career in banking after some years of competitive sport and filled with the ideas of independence and integrity particular to entrepreneurs, he rapidly wanted to set up his own company and created his own "house" in Avignon in 1986: in his own name, and then under the name of MM.FAURE & COMPAGNIE. This last was to progress rapidly in internal and external growth, and became AGRO’NOVAE a few years later. At present, the company is made up of two structures :
His university training is eclectic and he has a Business School diploma, a DUP and a DESS in Finance from the University of Aix en Provence, a DEA of Business Laws and a Doctorate in Industrial and Commercial Agreement Law from the University of Montpellier. Fascinated by commercial and corporate law, an amateur of the Middle Ages of the great Italian and Hanseatic merchants (and also the Catalan dynasty of the "Counts of Provence"), he has written several law books, theses and articles on call-off contracts and limited partnerships (see Google).
